Lium Sweden AB has gone from 1 to 150 employees in three years. A unique fact is that in spite of this rapid expansion, the company have no debts whatsoever. Our sales personal has a salary model based on a fixed salary high above business standard, and together with this comes an additional bonus system related primarily to the quality of the booked meetings. We are currently the largest specialized telemarketing agency on the European market and have more than 1 000 Clients at this point of time. Our aim is to be the largest specialized telemarketing company in the world.

Lium is involved in several welfare projects and donate a large amount of money every year to e.g. Save the Children. We are also sponsors of Drug free Sweden (Ett Narkotikafritt Sverige), Situation Stockholm and a number of other organisations.
