It's Golden Friday!!

Golden Friday is clearly the best day of the week. On fridays we book the best meetings, because people are happier, more open minded and ready for a sincere dialogue on the phone compared to normal days. This also means that we have a better work-environment, and that we deliver even better quality to our customer.

Every time I book a good meeting I feel warm inside and very happy for our customer. The awareness that that meeting also helps children in a third-world country to have a better life makes me even more warm inside. I love Golden Fridays! :o)

Monday’s is like New Years Eve for me

I’m probably one of few persons who can honestly say “I love Monday”! But I do! Why?
Each Monday is a fresh start for me. A new week with new challenges!

I always focus on my daily goal instead of a weekly goal or monthly goal. It’s easier to grasp a daily goal (because it’s a smaller goal to reach) than a monthly goal. I know that if I just achieve my goal each day every month will be a great month. And if I don’t achieve my daily goal one day it’s easier to manage than if I don’t achieve for example a weekly goal.

Today was a great day! And this week will be a great week for me! How about you? Do you love Mondays?

Best regards

Stop analysing

An successful person ones said to me:
Sales is one of the most self-critical persons in the business-world.
When the results goes down they spend most of there time analysing why it goes downwards.
When the result are on top on the other way, they spend no time analysing, they just keep on working.
What if we can spend that time analysing why the result are on top instead of bad?

Maybe then the results never can get bad, only less of a downer.

July our special customer Month

A lot of companies close for vacations in July, and that affects the customers.

Lium Sweden have the customer as the number 1 priority, and thats the reason why some of us at Lium Sweden choose to work in July instead of taking vacation.

We always have the customer in focus.
